TMNT!

Haha. I never new how many comics I see everyday. I woke up this morning on a Saturday to find that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was on the boob tube. Well this image here is the first issue of the comics of TMNT. This was created as a parody of Frank Miller's "Ronin". The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles originated in an American comic book published by Mirage Studios in 1984. The concept arose from a humorous drawing sketched out by Kevin Eastman during a casual evening of brainstorming with his friend Peter Laird. Here are the names of the four turtles, Leonardo, Raphael, Donetello, and Michelangelo. They were named after the four geniuses of the Renaissance era known as Leonardo Da Vinci, Raphael Sonzio, Donetello the sculptor, and MIchelangelo Buanarroti.

Leonardo(Blue) - He is practically the brains of the operation. The big cahunna of the four. He has two swords and leads the four into combat. He loves to chill but mainly is always training hard.

Raphael(Red) - He's the badass. Raphael is pretty jealous of Leonardo because Raphael wants to be the leader. But Raphael is the strongest of the four muscle wise. The only difference between Leo and Ralph is Leo can think like a leader about situations while Ralph likes to use brute force. He uses weapons called a sai. They basically have three prongs on it with the middle being the largest.

Michelangelo(Orange) - He is the most laid back of the four. He loves to skate and surf until he can't no more. He's always screamin out kowabunga, or totally dude, or any surf phrase you can think of. Michelangelo uses nunchaku to fight his foes.

Donetello(Purple) - He is the smartest one. He is practically a scientist, inventor, engineer, and techenological genius. He prefers to use his intellect allibilities to solve problems but when he does fight he uses a bo.

This badass surfer dudes are all trained by their master Splinter. Splinter was mutated into a Rat but he still has his martial arts ability. Whenever there is a problem between the four they look to Splinter for guidence. They train in the sewers of New York and eat pizza's all day long. I loved to play TMNT video games on my SuperNintendo and ofcourse watched the television show as a kid. What is your guys's take on TMNT??
